We built my bank reconciliation together in one session. Man, that thing is amazing. It saved so much time off my day. Then I figured out a few more on my own from the ideas they gave me in the tutorial. That's the part I didn't expect.

I've definitely felt 30 to 40 percent or more efficient. It makes it so much easier to show the data to our CFO and explain what's going on.

We take 500 calls a day and used to staff a whole phone team for it. Their AI phone agent now picks up 9 out of 10 calls, day and night. We haven't missed a tow since it went live. Should have done this a year ago.

Here's how we help

#1: We find what's bogging you down

Real numbers, not gut feel

A Microsoft Teams channel where someone from Ops asks whether AI can stop her re-keying invoices into the ERP every Friday, and one of our trainers replies that it is a twenty minute automation and offers a slot to build it together that week.

We survey your whole org, interview your teams, and map every workflow. Not a generic assessment. We deliver an 80/20 report: every AI opportunity ranked by time to implement, hours saved, and expected ROI.

#2: We build you custom AI systems

Agents plus data Claude can read

A Your Automations dashboard listing five live automations, each with an owner in a different department and the hours it saves per week.

We build AI agents to automate the manual tasks. We get all of your data in one place and agent readable, so Claude can talk to it.

#3: We train your whole company on Claude

Hiring can slow as capacity goes up

A Teams build session titled Invoice Automation, forty two minutes in, with a screen share showing a four step flow: New Invoice Email, Extract Fields, Validate, Post to ERP.

We upskill the whole organization so your capacity per head goes up, and hiring can slow. More capacity per person = higher revenue per head and more margin.

Proposals used to take two hours each, now they're 15 minutes. I've put over 240 proposals and policies through since June, and the rest of the ops team is picking up the same workflow.

Our staff was hand-sorting hundreds of insurance referrals every week. They automated the entire pipeline, fully HIPAA compliant and connected straight into our EMR. What used to eat hours every single day takes minutes now. Can't imagine going back.

The analysis work that used to take me about 80 hours now takes about 30. Zero problems, issues, concerns. I think it's phenomenal.

Your team has better things to do

How does it actually work?

It's not a course, and it's not a webinar.

First we find the work. An anonymous survey goes out to your whole company. Then we come on site and interview your executives, your VPs and their teams, department by department. The survey tells us what people say. The interviews tell us what actually happens once the work hits someone's desk. You get a report ranking every opportunity by hours saved and what it takes to build.

Then we build. Our engineers build the agents for the work Claude cannot do on its own, which is almost always the integration into the software you already run.

Then we train. Each department gets a trainer who has actually done that job. Your finance team trains with someone who has run finance.

Between sessions your trainer sits in your Teams or Slack, so anyone can ask anything as they go.

What do you actually build?

Whatever the report says is worth building first. It looks different in every company.

We have built a phone agent that answers nine out of ten inbound calls, a proposal workflow that went from two hours to fifteen minutes, a referral pipeline that used to be sorted by hand, and month-end reconciliation that used to be done a line at a time.

We also get your data into one place so Claude can read it, out of the systems it is stranded in now. It stays permissioned. Finance data stays with finance, and nobody queries what they are not cleared to see.

We work in the systems you already run. M365 and SharePoint, Google Drive, Slack and Teams, HubSpot, QuickBooks and Sage, Zoho, Asana and Monday, Procore.

On Claude over ChatGPT or Copilot: Claude holds context and stays accurate across long documents, and your business runs on long documents. A 400 page contract, policy set or spec book is a normal Tuesday. If you already run something else, we will work with what you have.

Is this right for my company?

Size: about fifty people up to several thousand. Start with one department, or run the whole company.

Most of the people we start with have never used AI for anything real. That's the normal starting point, not a problem.

Not for you if you want to buy a tool and switch it on. We build around how your company actually works, and that takes your people's time in the room with ours.

Industry: Construction, insurance, energy, manufacturing, healthcare, consumer brands, financial services, professional services and B2B software. If you are one of these, we have almost certainly built your workflow before.

Who is on the team?

Not consultants who advise and leave. Not engineers who have never done your job. You get engineers who build, and trainers who have done the job they are teaching.

What does it cost?

It scales with your headcount and how much of the company we take through it. We'll scope it on the call.

How it breaks out depends on the scope. Usually it's one engagement covering the discovery, the training and the engineering together, not a menu you assemble.

Budget for three things either way: your Claude licenses, the agents we build, and somewhere for your data to live.

The math is simple. Put it next to one hire you were about to make.
