The problem

Everyone bought AI. Almost nobody got it working.

MIT found about 5% of enterprise AI pilots produce real P&L impact. The other 95% spend and stall. It was never the technology. It's adoption.

The copy, paste, sort and rebuild loop your team repeats every week, and the hours it costs

Your best people do robot work

Hours a week copying numbers between systems, sorting an inbox, rebuilding the same report by hand.

A chart showing competitors with AI expertise pulling away while your team's position stays flat

Your competition is pulling ahead

A competitor does more with fewer people, and you can't quite see what they're doing differently.

Sales, ops, finance, marketing, field and leadership all queued behind one maxed-out AI champion

Your AI champion is maxed out

One smart person became your whole AI capability, and now every project waits on them.

That's the AI Gap. It compounds every quarter you wait.

What is figuring this out on your own actually costing you?

Your competitors are working on this right now, and every month you wait puts them further ahead.

What we do

Three ways to work with us. Most start with one.

Most common

Embedded AI Experts →

Our experts live in your Slack or Teams. Anyone can ask anything, and we get on calls and build the automations with your people until they can do it without us.

A day or a short run

AI Training →

Workshops and role-by-role programs on your team's actual work. Executives first, then department by department.

Fixed price or hourly

AI Builds & Engineering →

One system scoped and priced up front, or engineers by the hour when the work won't sit still. Phone agents, intake pipelines, integrations.

How it works

We embed in your company.

Our experts join your Slack or Microsoft Teams. No portal to log into, no ticket queue, no waiting for the weekly call.

01

Someone asks

Your whole team gets a channel with our experts in it. Ask anything, and the answer comes from someone who has done that job. A marketing question goes to a marketer.

02

We build it together

The good questions become a working session. We get on a call and build the automation with your people, on their real files.

03

Your team keeps it

They own what got built and they know how it works, so the next one doesn't need us at all.

Meet the AI experts your team gets.

Every one of them works inside real companies. They teach from the work, not from slides.

The choice

When Your Business Hits A Wall with AI You have 2 options:

On your own
Your smartest person figures it out
SlowRiskyCostly
  • They already have a full-time job, so AI gets the leftover hours.
  • They learn by trial and error on your time, on tools that change monthly.
  • Everything they learn lives in one head, and it leaves when they do.
  • The rest of the company waits in line behind them.
A year later you have a few power users and a lot of unused licenses.
With Northwest AI
Experts who have already done it, inside your team
FastProvenOwned
  • They live in your Slack or Teams. Anyone can ask anything, any time.
  • You get the right specialist. A marketing question goes to someone who has done marketing.
  • We build it with your people, not for them. On a call, on their real work.
  • The capability stays. Your team keeps building after the engagement ends.
Ninety days later your people are shipping automations you did not have to ask for.
Results

What we built, and what it saved them.

Hours → minutes

A healthcare client was hand-sorting hundreds of insurance referrals. We automated the whole process. What took hours every day now takes minutes, HIPAA compliant and connected to their EMR. Read the case study →

90% of 500 daily calls

A towing company staffed a full call team to answer 500 calls a day. Our phone agent now picks up 90% of them. Read the case study →

80% late → 80% on time

A construction client chased crews by hand for safety reports. Our automated system pings every team member, and when the lawyers come asking, the paperwork exists. Read the case study →

Why not the last firm

You have probably already paid someone to tell you about AI.

Real access

The last firm gave you a weekly call. Ours live in your Slack or Teams, and anyone on your team can ask them anything.

Real context

The last firm sent someone who had never done your job. You get the expert who does that job for a living.

Real proof

The last firm left a deck. Your people ship real automations, and they keep shipping them after we go.

We do not just answer questions. We make your own people the ones who automate the work.

Why we started this

It started with a contract manager in construction.

My mom manages contracts for a construction company. One day she was told she couldn't use AI. No training, no guidance, no legal help with the contracts crossing her desk every day. Just a ban.

I'd been building custom tools with Asad and Awais, and the contrast was hard to ignore. Inside our world, AI was already doing real work. Outside it, the people who needed it most were locked out, because nobody would teach them what it could do, what it couldn't, and how to use it safely.

The problem was never the tool. It was that nobody was educating the people.

So we bet the company on it: a 2018 engineering bench, plus experts who teach in plain language, aimed at the companies everyone else ignores.

Questions

Questions people actually ask.

Is this consulting, or do you actually build things?

Both, and we keep them separate on purpose. Our experts teach your people to build, in working sessions on their real work. Our engineers build the systems that are too big for that: 200+ shipped projects, live in the workflows your people already use. You own every line either way.

Who are the experts?

Not the consultant who advises and leaves, and not an engineer who has never done your job. They spent a career in a function, sales, marketing, operations, finance, education, and are now AI-fluent builders and teachers. That combination is rarer than either skill alone, and it's the whole company. Meet them →

How fast do we see something working?

Your channel is live in week one, and the first working sessions usually produce something a person can use that same week. We start with the 20% of workflows that drive 80% of the value, so the early wins come fast.

We're not a tech company. Does this work for us?

That's our specialty. Construction, insurance, healthcare, manufacturing, consumer brands. The less digitally native the industry, the bigger the gap between you and the first competitor who closes it.

What does it cost?

It depends which of the three you want and how many of your people are in it. A fraction of building the team in-house, which runs $1M+ a year before you've shipped anything. We'll give you a real number on the first call, and every engagement is backed by a 60-day money-back guarantee.

Find out what this would cost your company.

One call. We'll tell you exactly what AI can and can't do for your company, and what it would take. If it's not a fit, we'll say so.

You don't have to remember any of this. There's one thing to do next.

Backed by our 60-day money-back guarantee.
