What you may not do with this site, our services, or anything we build for you.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
This Acceptable Use Policy is part of our Terms of Service and applies to everyone who uses nwai.co, anything we host, and any system we build, configure, or operate. Breaking it is a breach of the Terms, and we can suspend or terminate access for it.
The point of this page is not to catalogue every bad idea. If something is illegal, dishonest, or would obviously cause harm, treat it as prohibited whether or not it appears below.
Do not use our site, services, or deliverables to violate any law or regulation, to infringe anyone's intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or contractual rights, or to facilitate anyone else doing so. You are responsible for your compliance with the laws that apply to your industry, including data protection, employment, financial services, and healthcare rules.
Do not attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of our site, systems, accounts, or networks, or to anything connected to them. Do not probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems without our prior written authorization. Do not interfere with or disrupt service, including by denial-of-service attack, flooding, or overloading our infrastructure. Do not introduce malware, ransomware, or any other harmful code. Do not circumvent authentication, rate limits, or access controls.
If you find a security vulnerability, report it to consulting@nwai.co and give us a reasonable chance to fix it before disclosing it. We will not pursue anyone who reports a genuine issue in good faith and does not access, alter, or exfiltrate data beyond what is needed to demonstrate it.
Do not copy, republish, mirror, frame, or sell any part of this site. Do not use crawlers, scrapers, harvesters, or any automated means to extract content or data from it, except for search engine crawlers obeying our robots.txt. Do not use any part of this site or our materials to build, train, fine-tune, evaluate, or improve a machine learning model or dataset. Do not reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source of anything we provide, except where the law says you may despite this restriction.
Do not use our contact routes to send spam, chain messages, phishing attempts, or bulk unsolicited commercial messages. Do not harvest email addresses or contact details from our site or our people. Do not send us content that is defamatory, harassing, threatening, obscene, or hateful.
Do not impersonate anyone, misstate your affiliation with a person or company, or falsify headers or identifiers to disguise the origin of anything you send. Do not represent yourself as a partner, reseller, agent, or employee of Northwest AI without a written agreement saying you are. Do not use our name, logo, or client names in your own marketing without written permission.
When you use a system we build, configure, or recommend, do not use it to generate or distribute content that is illegal, that deceives people about whether they are dealing with a machine where the law requires disclosure, that impersonates a real person without their consent, that produces sexual content involving minors, that provides instructions for weapons or attacks, or that makes consequential decisions about people without human review. Do not feed regulated or sensitive data into a system that was not scoped and secured for it. Do not use our deliverables to build a competing service for resale to third parties.
We investigate suspected violations and may remove content, suspend or terminate access, and report conduct to law enforcement, in each case with or without notice and with no liability to you. We may preserve and disclose information when we believe the law requires it or it is necessary to protect our rights, our people, our clients, or the public.
Report abuse, security issues, or misuse of our name to consulting@nwai.co. Copyright complaints have their own process on our DMCA Policy page.
