Our commitment to making this site usable by everyone, and how to tell us when it isn't.
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Northwest AI Consulting LLC is committed to making our website and our services usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification, voice control, or other assistive technology.
We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, the standard referenced by the Americans with Disabilities Act and by procurement requirements in most of the industries we work in. Conformance is a target we work toward continuously rather than a certification we claim.
Parts of this site rely on third-party services we do not control, including our booking widget and our video player. Their accessibility is set by their vendors, and we cannot guarantee it. Video content may not always carry captions or transcripts at the moment it is published. Older material published before this standard was adopted may not fully meet it. We work through these as we find them, and we will always provide an alternative route to the same information or outcome when you ask.
If you hit a barrier on this site, or you need information from it in a different format, contact us and tell us what page you were on, what you were trying to do, and what assistive technology you use if you are comfortable sharing it.

We aim to acknowledge accessibility reports within 3 business days and to tell you what we are doing about it within 10 business days. If a fix will take longer, we will give you an alternative way to get what you needed in the meantime.
Our booking widget is a third-party embed. If it does not work with your assistive technology, email or call us and a person will schedule with you directly. You never have to use the widget to talk to us.
When we build interfaces for clients, accessibility requirements can be written into the statement of work, and we will build to the standard the engagement specifies. If accessibility is a requirement for your project, raise it during scoping rather than after delivery, because retrofitting it costs more than building it in.
